330 MW机组危急遮断器存在的问题分析及对策

摘要: 某电厂安装的330 MW机组在调试中发现危急遮断器装置的撑钩有时不能复位,经过分析找到了不能使撑钩复位的原因是撑钩处安装的平列双撑弹簧扭矩不足,通过增加该弹簧的扭矩解决了撑钩不能复位的问题。

Abstract: In debugging of the 330 MW unit of a power plant, it was found that the stay hook of the emergency governor can not reset sometimes. According to analysis, the reason of the defect mentioned above is that the moment of torsion of parallelarranged doublesupported springs installed in location near the stay hook is insufficient. The moment of torsion of the springs was increased by some means, and the problem of stay hook reset was solved.
