摘要: 对汽轮发电机组大修后两阶段油循环模式的工艺方案进行了详细阐述,并与常规油循环模式进行了比较分析。汽轮发电机组大修后两阶段油循环模式与常规油循环模式相比,两阶段油循环模式方案简单可行,既可提高油循环冲洗效果,又能缩短油循环冲洗时间,保证了检修工期。

Abstract: The two stage oil circulation technology applied in steam turbine washing after its overhaul was expounded in detail and compared with conventional oil circulating mode. Comparing with conventional oil circulating mode, the two stage oil circulation technology is more simple and feasible; it can provide better washing effect and can shorten oil circulating washing time, which is useful to ensure the limit time for overhaul work.
