摘要: 介绍了印度某热力发电厂锅炉给水泵机械密封的结构及其密封循环液管路的布置,论述了机械密封的工作原理以及机械密封液温度过高对机械密封性能的影响,结合工程实际,分析了密封液泄漏引起其温度过高的原因,提出了相应的解决措施。

Abstract: The structure of mechanical seal of boiler feed pump in a thermal power plant in India and the arrangement of its sealing circulating liquid pipeline were introduced. The working principle of the mechanical seal and the influence of the higher temperature of mechanical sealing liquid on the sealing property were expounded. Combining with practical project, the reasons of the higher temperature of sealing liquid caused by its leakage were analyzed, and relevant solving measures were put forward.
