摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了异步电动机各种启动方式和运行特点，分析了破碎机电动机直接启动造成的危害，采用了软启动器的改造方案，改造后的破碎机控制系统具有改变电动机的转矩和启动特性、降低启动电流、减小电动机启动对电源系统的冲击、延长破碎机的使用寿命、提高设备利用率的优点。

关键词: 异步电动机, 软启动器, 可编程控制器, 电动机综合保护器

Abstract: Various startup modes and operation characteristics of asynchronous motor were introduced. The damage caused by direct startup of crusher motor was analyzed. The reformation scheme with soft starter was adopted. The reformed crusher control system has many advantages, such as improving the torque and startup characteristics of the motor, reducing the startup current, decreasing the shock to the power system by the motor starting, lengthening the service life of the crusher and enhancing the utilization factor of the equipment.
