摘要: 广东粤嘉电力有限公司三期工程2×135MW机组配备的4台给水泵运行中均出现不同程度的油中带水现象,对设备进行了详细分析,找出了导致油中带水的主要原因,对给水泵的轴承油挡进行了改造,彻底解决了该问题。

Abstract: In operation of four feed pumps, which are configured for 2×135MW unit of Guangdong Yuejia Electric Power Corporation Limited project phase III, some water, more or less, was mixed into lube oil. The equipment was analyzed in detail; and the main cause leading the water to be mixed into the oil was found. The bearing oil baffle of the feed pump was reformed, and the problem was solved thoroughly.
