玻璃钢在烟囱防腐方面的应用

摘要: 介绍了国内、外燃煤电厂烟囱的防腐情况,对比了几种常用的烟囱防腐方案,提出用密度小、强度高、耐磨耐腐蚀、表面光洁、易加工的玻璃钢作为无旁路、无烟气换热器脱硫湿烟囱内筒的材料,指出了玻璃钢烟囱应用中需解决的问题。

Abstract: The anticorrosion of chimney of coal fired power plant domestic and overseas was introduced. Several frequentlyused chimney anticorrosion schemes were compared. It was proposed that to use the glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), which has advantages of smaller density, higher strength, wear resistant, anticorrosion, finer surface finish and easy to machining, as internal cylinder material of wet chimney in desulphurization system without bypass and GGH; and some problems needing to be solved in application of FRP chimney were pointed out. 
