锅炉高温过热器T91管现场焊接措施

摘要: T91钢焊接性较差,冷裂纹敏感性较强且存在一定的热裂纹倾向,现场焊接合格率较低。根据湖北华电黄石发电股份有限公司300MW热电联产工程现场的实际情况,总结了该工程锅炉高温过热器T91管焊接、充氩的方法及相关注意事项,可为同类电站锅炉T91管的焊接提供借鉴。

Abstract: The T91 steel has poor weldability, stronger coolcrack sensitivity and certain hotcrack trend; so its field welding passing rate is lower. According to the site practical situation of the 300MW cogeneration project of Hubei Huadian Huangshi Power Generation Corporation Limited, the T91 steel superheater tube field welding of this project, the argon filling method and related matters needing attention were summarized, providing reference for similar power plant in T91 steel tube welding.
