某大型火电厂一次风机失速原因分析及预防措施

摘要: 某电厂锅炉配置2台动叶可调轴流式一次风机,投运后时常出现失速故障,严重影响了机组的安全运行。通过对机组一次风机的试验调整,分析了风机实际运行中产生失速的原因,从运行技术管理的角度提出了风机失速的预防和处理措施,供同类型风机操作人员在预防及处理一次风机失速时参考。

Abstract: Two adjustable movable blade type axial flow fans are configured in boiler of a power plant as primary air fan. Since they were put into operation, the stall fault occurred frequently, and this influenced on safe operation of the unit seriously. According to the experiment and adjustment of the primary air fans of the unit, the reasons of stall fault of the fans in practical operation were analyzed. From the angle of operation technical management, the prevention and treatment measures of fan stall fault were put forward, which can be used as reference for operators of similar fans in prevention and treatment of primary air fan stall fault.
