摘要: 国内1000MW汽轮机多次发生大轴在轴封处抱死的事故,介绍了轴封的结构及其供汽控制系统的特点,分析了轴封抱死的原因并提出了解决方案,保证了汽轮机启、停过程中的安全。

Abstract: The accident of shaft seal locking of 1000MW domestic steam turbine was happened repeatedly. The structure of the shaft seal and the characteristics of its steam supply control system were introduced. The reasons of shaft seal locking were analyzed; and relevant solution was put forward, which is helpful to ensure safety of steam turbine in startup and shutdown processes.
