摘要： 结合现场统计数据，对水泥垫块制作的各个环节进行了介绍，分析了水泥垫块制作一次合格率低的主要原因，给出了相应的对策，提高了水泥垫块制作一次合格率。

关键词: 汽轮机, 水泥垫块, 制作工艺, 气泡, 一次合格率

Abstract: Combining with site statistical data, various steps of cement cushion fabrication were introduced. The main reasons of the lower firsttime qualification rate were analyzed. Relevant countermeasures were given, and the firsttime qualification rate of cement cushion fabrication was increased.
