330MW机组EH油流量增大的原因分析及处理

摘要: 某电厂330MW机组停机启动后,发现EH油流量由原来的18L/min上升到95L/min(正常值为15~25L/min),造成EH油泵电机超电流且电机温度高。通过检查分析,找出了造成EH油流量增大的内漏点并在机组运行中将缺陷逐步消除,EH油流量恢复到18L/min,防止了机组的非计划停运,保证了机组安全、稳定运行。

Abstract: After the 330MW unit of a power plant was shut down and started up again, it was found that the flow of the EH oil increased from 18L/min to 95L/min (its normal value range is 15L/min to 25L/min); and the current of the motor of EH oil pump was exceeded the limit, and the temperature of the motor was higher. Based on checking analysis, the internal leakage point had been found; and this internal leakage causes the larger flow of the EH oil flow; and the defect was eliminated gradually in unit operation. The flow of EH oil was decreased to 18L/min, and an unplanned outage accident was avoided, and safe and stable operation of the unit was ensured.
