一起变压器套管下引线线夹断裂事故分析

摘要: 介绍了PST-1200系列数字式变压器保护装置的保护配置。通过分析某220kV变电站主变压器高压侧套管下引线线夹铜铝过渡处断裂事故的动作逻辑,指出了当发生断线故障时,保护装置因未能感受到故障电流而不会启动或动作于跳闸。针对常见的断裂事故提出了改进措施,有利于减少事故的发生。

Abstract: The configuration of the PST1200 series digital transformer protection device was introduced. In a 220kV substation, an accident of main transformer highvoltage side bushing downlead clamp fracture was happened in its copperaluminum transitional zone. The corresponding action logic of the protection device was analyzed; and it was pointed out that when the circuitfracture accident happened, the protection device should not activate or act to trip because of that the device can not feel the fault current. Aiming at common fracture accidents, some improvement measures were put forward, which is helpful for decreasing accident.
