摘要: 分析了一次风机在运行中出现的故障原因,通过计算和比较,确定风机轴承选型设计错误是造成风机不能正常运行的根本原因,提出了解决问题的具体方法,实施后一次风机运行效果良好。

Abstract: The reasons of faults occurred in operation of primary air fan were analyzed. Based on calculation and comparison, it was determined that the basic reason, which causes the air fan can not operate normally, is incorrect selection of the bearing type for the air fan in design. The concrete solving method was put forward and implemented, and the primary air fan operateswell.
