摘要: 介绍了在小径管超声波检测现场遇到的一些技术难题,针对探头折射角、试块、检测补偿量和缺陷判定等问题进行了研究和分析,指出了在小径管超声波探伤过程中应注意的问题。

Abstract: Some technical difficulties encountered in ultrasonic testing site of smalldiameter tube were introduced. Some problems, such as the refraction angle of the probe, the test block, the test compensation amount, the defect judgement and others, were researched and analyzed. Some matters needing attention in ultrasonic flaw detection of smalldiameter tube were pointed out.
