大型锅炉轴流一次风机失速原因分析及处理措施

摘要:

某电厂600MW锅炉在运行中一次风机连续2次发生失速。经分析,一次风机失速主要是由磨煤机热控逻辑不合理、磨煤机风煤比计算不合理、机组协调逻辑不合理等因素引

起的。提出了轴流一次风机失速的预防措施和处理方案,同时就风机和管道布置改造、合理安排磨煤机配煤燃烧和适当减小自动发电量控制负荷调整速率等技术措施进行了探讨。

Abstract:

In operation of the 600MW boiler of a power plant, the stalling accident of the primary air fan occurred two times continuously. According to

analysis, the main reasons of the primary air fan stalling are that the thermal control logic of the mill is irrational, the calculation of the air coal

ratio is irrational, the coordination logic of the unit is irrational and so on. The preventive measures and treatment method of stalling of the axial flow

primary air fan were proposed. Some technical measures, such as to reform the fan and the pipes layout, to arrange the coal blending of the mill rationally

and to decrease the load adjustment speed of AGC properly, were discussed.
