摘要: 华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司 #1机组轴系出现了振动偏大问题,对产生振动的原因进行了分析,认为轴系质量不平衡是振动的主要原因。在采取了低压Ⅱ转子两端末级叶轮及低压Ⅱ/发电机转子联轴器动平衡配重措施后,在满负荷稳定运行时,轴系振动均小于70μm,达到了国家标准规定的优良指标。

Abstract: The shafting vibration of the unit No.1 in Baotou Power Generation Branch of Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Company Limited was larger. The reason of the larger vibration was analyzed; and it was considered that the main reason of the vibration is mass unbalance of the shafting. In last stage blade in the two ends of the lowpressure II rotor and the coupler between the lowpressure II and the generator rotor, the dynamic balance weight measures were adopted. In stable operation of the system with full load, the shafting vibration is less than 70μm, which achieved the good index specified in relevant national standard.
