摘要: 以某电厂420t/h锅炉为实例,对结渣机制进行了分析,以炉膛结渣为判断依据,介绍了调整配风方式、运行氧量及其降低锅炉负荷等不同运行方式对炉膛温度和结渣的影响,提出了控制炉膛结渣的最佳方法。

关键词: 煤粉锅炉, 炉膛结渣, 燃烧调整试验

Abstract: Taking the 420t/h boiler of a power plant as example, the slagging mechanism was analyzed. Taking the slagging in furnace as judgment basis, the influences on the furnace temperature and slagging of different operation modes were introduced, including adjusting the air distribution mode,the amount of operation oxygen and reducing the load of the boiler.The best method to control the furnace slagging was proposed.
