望亭发电厂一次风机变频控制系统改造

摘要: 以望亭发电厂 #14机组一次风机变频改造为例,介绍了一次风机变频后控制系统的设计思路及具体实现的技术要点,提供了1套针对 #14机组一次风机电动机变频后自身特点而设计的控制方案,同时完善了一次风机快减负荷试验的自动控制方案。该方案在 #14机组一次风机投入变频运行后的试验证明,可有效避免一次风机变频器故障后锅炉主燃料跳闸保护动作并能达到一次风压控制效果。

Abstract: Taking the frequency conversion reformation of the primary air fan of unit No.14 in Wangting Power plant as example, the design idea of the frequency conversion control system of the primary air fan and the technical points in its concrete realization were introduced. A simple and practical control scheme of variable frequency speed control system for primary air fan of unit No.14, which was designed to suit its features, was provided. In same time, the automatic control scheme of the primary air fan run back (RB) test was perfected. The experiment, which was carried out after the variable frequency speed control system of the primary air fan was put into operation, that the scheme can effectively avoid the MFT protection action due to fault of the air fan frequency converter and can obtain favorable effect of primary air pressure control. 
