摘要: 循环流化床锅炉的泄漏无法避免,一旦发生泄漏,必须停炉处理,所以要尽量在泄漏的初期或中期及时发现问题。分析了300MW CFB锅炉泄漏现象及发生泄漏时相关参数的历史曲线,提出了锅炉泄漏报警逻辑优化措施,避免因泄漏严重触发主燃料跳闸保护动作,防止事故扩大,延长锅炉寿命。

Abstract: The leakage of CFB boiler is can not be avoided; and when the leakage occurs, the boiler must be stopped to treat the leakage fault. So it is necessary to find the leakage as early as possible, at early or medium stage of the fault. The leakage phenomenon of the 300MW CFB boiler and the history curves of relevant parameters in leakage process were analyzed. The optimized measures of alarm logic of boiler leakage were put forward and implemented; then the MFT triggered by serious leakage is avoided; the accident expansion is prevented; and the live of the boiler is lengthened.

