引风机变频改造热工逻辑设计与节电效果分析

摘要: 以湖北华电襄阳发电有限公司600MW锅炉引风机变频改造为例,介绍了变频改造热工逻辑设计以及机组冷态与热态试验过程。试验结果及运行数据表明,变频改造后的引风机运行可靠,节电效果显著。

Abstract: Taking the variable frequency reformation of ID fan of the 600MW boiler in Hubei Huadian Xiangyang Power Generation Company Limited as example, the thermotechnical logic design of variable frequency reformation and the cold functional test and hot functional test processes of the unit were introduced. The test results and the operation data show that the reformed ID fan operates reliably, and remarkable energysaving effect was obtained.
