汽轮机危急遮断系统电磁阀拒动原因分析

摘要: 600MW汽轮机组危急遮断系统电磁阀发生拒动,导致抗燃油未泄压,汽轮机未停机,为机组可靠运行带来安全隐患。从抗燃油油质、设备日常运行情况等方面着手,分析了故障发生的原因,给出了事故处理方法,实现了危急遮断系统可靠动作,保证了机组的安全运行。

Abstract: In a 600MW unit, the electromagnetic valve refused to act, which caused that the pressure of fireresistant oil could not relieve, and the steam turbine could not stop,and this brings potential safety hazard for unit reliable operation. Considering the quality of the fireresistant oil, the daily operation of the equipments and other factors, the reasons of the fault were analyzed. The accident treatment method was given. So the emergency tripping system can act reliably, and safe operation of the unit was ensured.
