摘要:

汽轮发电机运行过程中,定子绕组在力的作用下会产生振动,绕组端部的异常振动会导致故障的发生。分析了汽轮发电机加装光纤振动监测系统的可行性和必要性,介绍了

光纤测振探头的安装方法。广东珠海金湾发电有限公司 #4发电机加装光纤测振系统后,通过人为干预,有效降低了绕组端部振动的幅值。

Abstract:

In operation of the turbine generator, under the action of forces, the stator winding may vibrate; and the abnormal vibration of the end of the

winding will cause faults. The feasibility and the necessity of additional installation of optical fiber vibration monitoring system onto the turbine

generator were analyzed. The installation method of the optical fiber vibration measurement probe was described. After the optical fiber vibration

measurement system had been installed additionally onto the generator No.4 of Guangdong Zhuhai Jinwan Power Generation Company Limited, by means of manual

intervention, the vibration amplitude of the winding end was reduced effectively. 
