摘要: 针对水轮发电机电磁悬浮装置通风不良而导致温升过高的情况,提出了设置一定数量通风孔的解决办法。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了温度和磁场仿真分析,结果显示,设置通风孔可使电磁悬浮装置线圈温度大大降低,满足系统的温升要求。

Abstract: Aiming at too high temperature rise of the magneticlevitation bearing device of the hydraulic turbinegenerator unit caused by poor ventilation, a solution to set up certain amount of vents was presented. Using the finiteelement analysis software ANSYS, the simulation analysis on the temperature field and the magnetic field was carried out. The results show that to set up the vents can reduce the temperature of coil of the magneticlevitation bearing device greatly, and the temperature rise requirement of the system can be satisfied.
