摘要: 某电厂S109FA燃气轮机运行中出现了事故停机,检查发现燃气轮机和压气机的联轴器螺栓出现断裂。通过分析得出螺栓断裂的原因为:安装或运输过程中在螺栓表面形成了轻微的划痕,镉元素在划痕区域聚集使金属脆化,运行中因振动过大导致裂纹扩展而最终断裂。

Abstract: An accidental shutdown occurred in operation of the S109FA gas turbine of a power plant. By inspection, it was found that the coupler bolt between the gas turbine and the gas compressor fractured. According to analysis, the reason of the bolt fracture was determined as below, there was slight scratch on the bolt surface formed in transportation and installation processes, the element Cadmium gathered in the scratch area and caused the metal became brittle; and in operation, the too large vibration caused the crack extended and the bolt fractured at last.
