摘要:300MW热电厂热网系统的控制部分由可编程控制器和智能前端采集系统组成。智能前端采集热网的流量、压力、温度等信号,用于计量收费结算。但由于智能前端和智能变送器的通信不兼容,造成智能前端采集的流量信号不正确。分析了该故障产生的原因,给出了相应的解决办法。

Abstract:

Abstract:The control section of the heat supply network of the 300MW thermal power plant consists of a programmable logic controller and an intelligent terminal data collecting system. The intelligent terminal collecting system collects the data of the flow, the pressure and the temperature for metering and charging settlement. The communication of the intelligent terminal system and the intelligent transmitters is not compatible, which caused the flow data collected by the intelligent terminal to be incorrect. The reason of the fault was analyzed, and relevant solution was given.
