摘要:针对某公司汽轮机高负荷情况下#1轴承轴振大的问题,分析了#1机组改造时轴系中心调整和轴承载荷分布情况并制订了调整措施,利用机组改造机会对存在相似情况的 #2机组进行了处理,解决了机组 #1轴承轴振大的问题,保证了机组的安全运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:Aiming at the larger vibration of bearing No.1 of the turbine in a company under high load, the shaft center adjustment and the shaft load distribution of the unit No.1 during its heatsupply reformation were analyzed, and the adjusting measures were formulated. Using the unit reformation opportunity, the similar problem of unit No.2 was treated too. The larger vibration of bearing No.1 of the units was solved, and safe operation of the units was ensured.
