摘要: 国内AP1000核反应堆冷却剂泵的设备参数与实际运行工况对冷却剂泵变频器的性能提出了较高的要求。从冷却剂泵变频器的设备结构、控制与保护方式、运行特性3个方面阐述了AP1000核电机组冷却剂泵变频器的特点与性能,提出了冷却剂泵电机供电回路的优化措施,以提升冷却剂泵电机供电的可靠性。

Abstract: The equipment parameters and the practical operation condition of the coolant pump of domestic AP1000 nuclear reactor request higher performance of the coolant pump frequency converter. The characteristics and performance of the coolant pump frequency converter for AP1000 nuclear power plant were expounded from three aspects, which are the structure of the device, the control and protection mode and the operation features of the coolant pump converter. The optimization measures for the power supply circuit of the coolant pump were put forward, which can increase the reliability of the power supply for the motor of the coolant pump.
