1 000 MW机组凝结水泵运行控制方式分析

摘要: 在1000MW机组正常运行过程中,凝结水泵采用2运1备的方式运行,为提高机组运行的经济性,2台运行凝结水泵采用变频调速控制,备用泵为工频控制。随着机组调峰的深入,机组负荷变动区间加大,凝结水泵采用变频控制后,在正常运行中保证凝结水泵出口母管压力稳定和除氧器水位的稳定显得尤为重要。针对1000MW机组凝结水泵的运行及控制方式提出了解决方案。

Abstract: In normal operation of the 1000MW unit, the operation mode of the condensate pumps is that two pumps are put into operation, and one pump is standby. The two operating pumps are controlled by variable frequency control technology, and the standby pump is driven by 50Hz power source. Along with increase of the unit peak shaving depth, the variation range of the unit load also increases. After the condensate pump was controlled by variable frequency control technology, it is very important to keep the condensate pump outlet mainpipeline pressure and the water level of the deaerator to be stable in normal operation. A solution of the operation and control mode of the condensate pump of 1000MW unit was proposed.
