分散控制系统中锅炉智能远程I/O装置故障原因分析及改造措施

摘要: 对分散控制系统中锅炉智能远程I/O装置故障原因进行了分析,采取措施对分散控制系统的网络结构进行了改造,改造后的分散控制系统智能远程I/O装置金属温度显示正常,再未出现故障。

Abstract: The reasons of fault of boiler intelligent remote I/O device in DCS were analyzed. Some measures were adopted to reform the network structure of DCS. After the reformation, the metal temperature display of intelligent remote I/O device in DCS became normal, and the fault did not occur again.
