摘要:介绍了高压限流熔断器(F)加高压真空接触器(C)开关回路的特点及工作原理,以某电厂某段输煤皮带高压电机F-C开关回路熔断器故障为例,通过分析得出故障原因为F-C开关回路与保护装置、分散控制系统上位机故障发信配合不佳,导致皮带电机电流过载。提出了具体的处理措施,保证了设备的安全运行

Abstract:

Abstract:The characteristics and working principle of the F-C switch circuit constituted by highvoltage currentlimited fuse and highvoltage vacuum contactor were introduced. Taking the fuse fault of F-C switch circuit of a highvoltage motor in coal conveying belt system of a power plant as example, according to analysis, it was determined that the fault reason is poor fault signal transmission between F-C switch circuit protection device and upper computer of DCS , which caused the belt motor current overload accident. Concrete treatment measures were put forward, and the safe operation of the equipment was ensured.
