摘要: 摘要:在330MW机组汽轮机通流改造设计中,从调节级面积、末级叶片选择、背压优化、缸体结构形式、进抽汽密封、轴承及推拉装置、供热改造方面进行了优化设计。从实际效果来看,达到了改造所需要的目标,提高了机组的安全及经济性。

Abstract: Abstract:In the design of flow path reformation for the steam turbine of the 330MW unit, several aspects were optimized, which include the area of the governing stage, the selection of the last stage blade, the back pressure optimization, the structural style of the cylinder body, the sealing of steam admission and steam extraction, the bearings and pushpull devices and the heat supply reformation. The actual effects show that the target of the reformation was realized, and the safety and economic efficiency of the unit were improved.
