摘要: 摘要:分析了华电能源股份有限公司富拉尔基发电厂 #2锅炉送风机、吸风机配套的冷却风机瓦壳密封处润滑油的渗漏原因,对冷却风机轴承端盖结构进行了改进,加装了甩油锥,调整了甩油锥的轴向间隙,使冷却风机渗漏油问题得到彻底解决。

Abstract: Abstract:The reasons of lubrication oil leakage in sealed position of bearing bush shell of the cooling fan, which is matched with the force draft fan and induced draft fan of boiler No.2 in Fulaerji Power Plant of Huadian Energy Company Limited, were analyzed. The structure of the bearing end cover of the cooling fan was improved. A jilt oil cone was added, and the axial gap of the jilt oil cone was adjusted. The problem of oil leakage of the cooling fan was solved thoroughly.
