摘要: 摘要:分析了中储仓式制粉系统300MW机组滑参数停机过程耗能偏高的原因,通过粉仓换粉操作,保证停炉过程中给粉机出粉均匀且燃烧稳定,大大缩短了投油助燃时间,降低机组停机油耗。采用单循环水泵、凝结水泵,锅炉上水不启动电动给水泵、机组深度滑停等措施,降低了机组停机电耗。

Abstract: Abstract:The reasons of higher energy consumption of 300MW unit with bin storage pulverizing system during sliding parameter shutdown process were analyzed. By means of replacing the pulverized coal in each bin, it was ensured that during shutdown process the pulverized coal feeder can feed the pulverized coal uniformly, and the combustion can remain stable. So the need to inject oil to help the combustion was decreased greatly, and the shutdown oil consumption of the unit was reduced. Some measures were adopted, which include to run single circulating water pump and condensate pump, to do not start the electric feed pump for water feeding to boiler, to stop the unit with deep sliding parameters and so on, and the power consumption of the unit for shutdown was reduced too.
