主机快减负荷逻辑的优化与实现

摘要: 摘要:华电国际邹县发电厂 #1机组旁路挡板拆除后,设计了增压风机故障跳闸后主机快减负荷逻辑,当增压风机故障跳闸后,快减负荷逻辑动作,机组自动执行减负荷等一系列动作,可使相应的排粉机跳闸、减少燃料量的输入、降低机组的目标负荷并投油助燃,从而保证了风机乃至整台机组的安全运行。

Abstract: Abstract:After the bypass damper of unit No.1 of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant had been cancelled, a runback logic for main machine when the booster fan failed and tripped was designed. The main function of the runback logic is that after the booster fan failed and tripped, the runback logic will act, the unit will execute a series action automatically to reduce the unit load, the relevant mill exhauster will trip, the fuel feed will decrease, the target load of the unit will be reduced, will be put into furnace to help combustion. Then the fan and the whole unit can operate safely.
