摘要: 摘要:通用型变频器采用移相正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)作为控制算法,动态响应慢,低频性能差,大负载升、降频时输出电流会有超调现象。将定子电阻压降补偿和滑差补偿引入级联恒压频比(V/F)控制,提高了系统的动态响应速度和低频性能。现场运行结果表明,此方法对电流超调有显著效果。

Abstract: Abstract:The universal frequency convertors, in which the phaseshift sine pulsewidth modulation was used as control algorithm, have disadvantages of the slower dynamic response, the poor lowfrequency performance and the current overshoot when the frequency increasing or decreasing under heavy load. The stator resistance voltage drop compensation and the slip compensation were introduced into cascade constant voltagefrequency ratio control, and the dynamic response speed and the lowfrequency performance of the system were improved. The field operation result shows that the method has obvious effect for restraining the current overshoot.
