摘要: 摘要:为保证升船机运行的稳定性、安全性,提高升船机的运行效率和使用寿命,提出了一种基于电液比例技术的升船机主提升油缸同步控制系统。详细介绍了该系统的原理、组成及应用。该系统保证了液压提升式升船机主提升油缸的同步运行,提高了系统运行的稳定性。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to ensure the stability and safety of the ship lifter operation and to improve the operation efficiency and the service life of the ship lifter, a synchronous control system of the ship lifter main lift cylinder based on electrohydraulic proportional technology was proposed. The principle, the composition and the application of the system were introduced. The system ensures the main lift cylinder of the hydraulic lifting type ship lifter to operate synchronously, and the stability of the system operation was improved.
