摘要: 摘要:针对广东粤电集团惠来电厂 #1机组凝汽器真空度下降的现象,通过检查及分析,确认真空泵工作液温度、给水泵机械密封水回水调整门开度、主机轴承箱底部排油管穿凝汽器孔洞泄漏等因素对真空度的影响,采取相应处理措施后,凝汽器真空度恢复正常,提高了机组运行的安全性及经济性。

Abstract: Abstract:The condenser vacuum degree of the unit No.1 in Huilai Power Plant of Guangdong Yudean Group decreased. The system was investigated and analyzed, and it was determined that the factors influencing on the condenser vacuum degree are the temperature of the vacuum pump working liquid, the opening of the adjust valve of backwater of feed pump mechanical sealing water, the leakage of the hole on the condenser wall, through which the oil discharge pipe of the bearing box passes, and so on. The relevant treatment measures were adopted, and the condenser vacuum degree returned to normal value. The safety and the economic efficiency of the unit operation were improved.
