前置泵膜片联轴器疲劳失效原因分析

摘要:介绍了膜片联轴器的结构和原理,分析了膜片的应力分布情况和断裂危险区域,对华电江苏能源有限公司句容发电厂前置泵膜片联轴器的疲劳失效故障进行分析,指出联轴器中心偏差是引起膜片联轴器失效的主要原因,针对分析结果提出了做好膜片联轴器冷态中心校验和调整工作以及加强巡检等措施,有效保证了机组的安全运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:This paper introduced the structure and working principle of diaphragm coupling,analyzed diaphragm stress distribution,fracture hazard area. After analyzing the reasons caused Huadian Jiangsu Energy Company Limited Jurong Power Plant’s booster pump diaphragm couplingfatigue failure.The author indicated that the center deviation is the main reason,and provided a serious of measures,such as to
accomplish diaphragm coupling cold state center checking and adjustment,enhance inspection and etc.Safety of unit operation was ensured.
