摘要:由于烟囱液压施工平台结构复杂、超静定次数高、所受荷载种类繁多,为简化计算并保证计算结果准确,采用ANSYS软件对施工平台的主结构进行了强度和刚度有限元计算,指出 了平台主结构的薄弱环节,提出了施工平台结构的优化方案,优化后的平台主结构计算结果满足规范要求

Abstract:

Abstract:The structure of hydraulic pressure construction platform system for chimney is complex,and with high frequency indeterminate and varieties of loads.In order to simplified and assure the result of calculation,this paper adoptedfinite element analysis based on hydraulic pressure platform system structure by using ANSYS software to calculate strength and stiffness.It pointed out weakness of main structure of the platformand proposed a platform structure optimization,which made the calculation results of main structure of the platform meet regulatory requirements.
