Influence of working condition variation of air cooling system on the turbine output power of 600MW unit

摘要: 摘要:直接空冷机组空冷系统变工况影响排汽压力,进而影响机组的出力。根据某电厂600MW超临界直接空冷机组的结构参数和运行参数,采用η-NTU法建立了空冷系统变工况分析的数学模型,分别计算了排汽压力随空气入口温度、排汽热负荷、迎面风速的变化规律,分析了对机组出力的影响,根据其影响规律,提出了风机转速及风量调节策略,为提高空冷机组运行效率提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Abstract:The variation of working condition of aircooling system in direct aircooling unit can impact on the exhaust steam pressure and then impact on the unit output power. According to the structure parameters and the operation parameters of the 600MW supercritical direct aircooled unit of a power plant, using the ηNTU method, a mathematic model of aircooling system working condition variation analysis was established. The variation rules of the exhaust steam pressure depending on the inlet air temperature, the exhaust steam heat load and the face air velocity were analyzed respectively. The influences of above factors on the unit output power were analyzed too. According to the influencing rules, the adjustment strategy of the speed and the air volume of the air fan was proposed, which provides a theoretical reference for improving the operation efficiency of the aircooled unit.
