摘要: 摘要:针对某站超高压变压器断裂线夹端子断裂失效的问题,通过材料力学性能测试、金相组织分析、试样断口分析及有限元计算,确定线夹端子材料存在微气孔及铸造缩孔(或疏松)等缺陷、线夹端子安装时螺栓预紧力过大为断裂失效的主要原因,提出了改进建议。

Abstract: Abstract:In a substation, the line clamp terminal of the EHV transformer failed due to fracture. Mechanical property test, microstructure analysis, sample fracture analysis and finite element calculation for the clamp terminal were carried out. It was determined by the analysis results that there were defects in the clamp terminal material, which include the micro-pores, the casting shrinkage hole (or loose) and others. Meanwhile, the bolt pretightening force during the clamp terminal installation was too large. These caused the fracture failure of the clamp terminal. Some targeted improvement suggestions were given.
