600MW亚临界机组加热器端差大的原因分析

摘要: 摘要:华电白音华金山发电有限公司 #1, #2汽轮机高、低压加热器上、下端差都较设计值明显偏高,最大端差偏离设计值13.94℃。采集了300,400和565MW 3个工况的参数进行分析,得出端差大的原因为加热器水位以及各段抽汽温度超标并提出了相应的处理措施。

Abstract: Abstract:In Huadian Baiyinhua Jinshan Power Company Limited, #1, #2 turbines′ high and low pressure heaters′ terminal temperature differences are sharply higher than the designed value, with a maximum deviation of 13.94℃. After analyzing parameters collected from 300 ,400 and 565MW, causes are concluded that both the heaters′ water level and the extraction steam temperature exceeded standard values; and measures are put forward.
