摘要:

: 广东粤电靖海发电有限公司 #4 机组调试过程中, 发现高负荷时 #1, #2 轴振动突然增大, 结合振动相关参数, 为发生了汽流激振。 在汽轮机数字电液控制系统( DEH) 原阀门控制逻辑里, 通过调换主调节阀 CV4 和最后一个调节阀CV1, 改变了汽缸上、下部分进汽分配, 抑制了高负荷时汽流激振的发生。 调整后, #1, #2 轴承正常运行时振动均在 40μm 左右, 效果良好。

Abstract:

Abstract:In commissioning process of unit No. 4 of Guangdong Yudean Jinghai Power Generation Company Limited, it was found that under high unit load,the vibration of the shafts No. 1 and No. 2 suddenly increased. Considering related vibration parameters, it confirmed that steam flowexcited vibration occurred.In the original valve control logic of the steam turbine DEH system, the main control valve CV4 and the last control valve CV1 were exchanged, so the inlet steam distribution of upper and lower parts of the turbine cylinder was changedand the steam flowexcited vibration was restrained. After adjustment,the vibration of shafts No. 1 and No. 2 is about 40 μm during normal operation, and favorable result was obtained.
