摘要:结合某电厂码头桥式抓斗卸船机的具体案例,分析了ROCKWELL可编程控制器(PLC)的特点和应用优势。在设计中充分利用NetLinx开放式网络架构,为控制系统构建了信息、控制、设备3层网络结构,实现了控制和管理功能;同时,根据受控对象的功能要求,对PLC的软件结构、数据文件以及专业控制模块做出了整体规划和具体设计。

Abstract:

Abstract:The paper analyzes,with bridgetype grab ship unloader in a power plant dock as case sample, characteristics and practical advantages of ROCKWELL programmable logic controller (PLC).During the designing, adopted NetLinx open network structure, created 3layer network structure—information, control, equipment for control system, to fulfill the functions of control and management; meanwhile, according to the functional requirements of the controlled object, formulated overall outline and detailed design for module of PLC software structure, data files and professional control.
