摘要:某330MW机组在调试阶段出现振动异常现象,强制关闭 #2调门使振动故障得到了抑制,初步推断为转子失稳振动。对机组进行振动试验,发现该故障存在半频突增、发生于高负荷阶段、可重复再现等特点,通过分析确定了该机组是由于喷嘴静态蒸汽力冲击造成的转子失稳振动。制订了调整轴承载荷分配、提高 #1轴承负载的检修计划,检修后对机组进行振动试验,振动故障未再出现。

Abstract:

Abstract:In the commissioning period of a 300MW unit, abnormal vabration of the steam turbine appeared. The control valve No.2 was closed forcedly, and the vabration was restrained. Based on this, it was inferred preliminaryly that the fault is the rotor instability vibration. Then the vibration test of the unit was carried out, and it was found the vibration occurs in high load condition with half frequency increase and the fault is repeatable. Based on analysis, it was determined that the rotor instability vibration is caused by the shock of the static steam pressure of the nozzle. A rapair plan was drawn up, the load distribution of the bearings was adjusted, the load of the bearing No.1 was enhanced. After the repairing, the unit vibration test was carried out, and the vibration fault had not appear again.
