摘要:IEC 61850传统组网方式存在同步源依赖,可靠性低。点对点传输方案虽解决了同步依赖问题,但过程层数据不能共享,数字化站可维护性降低。提出利用具有延时记录功能的交换机实现采样网络传输的方案,通过采样报文直连与网络传输比对、网络级联变化、网络流量干扰等方法验证该方案,对采样值网络延时性能、交换机延时记录精度等特性进行测试,在三级级联且网络基本满负荷运行的情况下,报文最大延时小于1ms,若选择千兆级联组网,网络延时小于500μs,网络延时精度小于250ns,完全满足IEC 61850标准对过程层采样同步精度小于1μs的要求,该方案在解决跨间隔采样对同步源的依赖问题的同时具备了与传统组网方案相当的实时性,并通过延时插值同步算法、解决采样报文Reserved字段冲突等改进措施提高了方案的可靠性,使其在智能电网和数字化变电站的实际应用中具有更好的应用前景。

Abstract:

Abstract:The traditional IEC 61850 networking mode has the disadvantages of synchronous source dependency and low reliability. The pointtopoint transmission scheme can help to solve the problem of synchronous source dependence, but the process layer data cannot be shared that makes the maintainability of digital station reduced. This paper proposed a new scheme using switches that have the function of delay recording to realize digital sampling transmission, and verified this scheme by the methods of comparing the samplingvalue(SV)data between direct message and network transmission, network cascading change and network traffic interference, etc. In addition, the network delay performance of SV and the delay recording accuracy of switches are also tested in this study. The results show that the maximum SV data delay of the new scheme is less than 1ms in condition of three cascaded network with full load. Furthermore, if using gigabit cascade network, the network delay and its precision are less than 500μs and 250ns, respectively. All the results are completely satisfied the requirement of IEC 61850 that is the synchronous sampling precision of process level should be less than 1μs. This study proved that the new scheme has a
comparative real
time performance as the traditional networking scheme and solved the dependence of crossinterval sampling on synchronous source. Moreover, this paper also proposed improvements to solve the delay interpolation synchronization algorithm and the Reserved field conflict in order to improve the reliability of the new scheme, which makes the new scheme has a better application prospect in smart grids and digital substations.
