摘要:使用有限元分析软件ANSYSQ460高强单角钢两端偏心压杆进行数值模拟分析,利用壳单元将模型采用有限元分析方法得出的极限承载力值与试验值进行对比。通过改变初始缺陷的比例值,分析初始缺陷对试验构件极限承载力的影响。结果表明,有限元分析值与试验值吻合很好,证明有限元分析结果是可靠的。

Abstract:

Abstract:Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the numerical simulation for Q460 highstrength single angle steel twoends eccentric compressive lever was carried out. Using the shell element, the ultimate bearing capacity of the model obtained by finite element analysis method was compared with the test value. By changing the percentage values of the initial defects, the influence of the initial defects on ultimate bearing capacity of the sample component was analyzed. The value obtained by finite element analysis method is consistent with the test value, which verifies that the result of finite element analysis is credible.
