摘要:目前,变压器风冷控制系统多采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)或数字信号处理(DSP)芯片作为控制核心,控制系统中考虑的影响因素较少。随着STM32系列芯片技术的发展,其以完全具备DSP芯片主要功能模块,并以低廉的价格成为自动控制领域中的重要元件。本设计参照现有变压器风冷控制系统,设计了以STM32为主控芯片的风冷控制系统。加入脉冲宽度调制(PWM)软启动、有差值裕度的投、切温度阀值、风机分组启停、按负荷及绕组温度投切、故障保护等多种功能,优化了变压器风冷控制系统,提高了风冷系统的可靠性,延长了其使用寿命。

Abstract:At present, transformer air cooling control system usually adopted programmable logic controller(PLC)or digital signal processor(DSP).With the development of STM32 series chips, and at low prices become the important elements in the field of automatic control. Referred existing transformer air cooling control system, the control system based on STM32 chips was designed. Features such as pulsewidth modulation(PWM)soft start, differential margin start/stop, fans grouped start/stop and load and temperature start/stop and failure protection were added. Transformer air cooling control system was improved.Air cooling system reliability and durability was increased.
