摘要:介绍了某电厂#6机组四大管道支吊架的运行状态及故障缺陷,利用CAESARⅡ软件对四大管道进行了管系应力校核。根据应力计算及现场检查结果,提出了科学合理的调整方案并进行了调整处理,对支吊架运行监督提出了建议。

Abstract:

Abstract:This paper introduced the operation state and its fault condition of supports and hangers in the four primary pipelines for a certain
No.6 power unit,and made a piping stress check for the four primary pipelines using CAESAR
software.According to the results of stress calculation and on site inspection,this paper proposed a scientific and reasonable adjustment scheme and put it into practice.After that,some suggestions were put forward for the operation supervision of supports and hangers.
