摘要:

摘要:针对除氧器液位控制系统中存在的延迟特性、除氧器进出口的流量干扰等因素,结合单冲量和三冲量控制模式的优点,提出了基于除氧器液位信号,并以除氧器的流入量信号和除氧器的流出量信号作为物质平衡基础的单冲量-三冲量复合控制策略,提出了基于不同负荷的控制模式切换方法和基于主凝结水流量的调节阀输出控制方法。该控制策略克服了系统中的延迟特性和干扰问题,对负荷发生变化后能以较短的响应时间和较小的超调量使系统达到新的平衡,控制效果优于仅依靠液位信号进行控制的单冲量方法。

Abstract:

Abstract:According to the delay characteristic of deaerator liquid level control system and flow disturbance of deaerator inlet and outlet,with the
advantages combined with single pulse and three impulse,this paper brings a single pulse combining three impulse strategy that based on the single of deaerator liquid level and the single of deaerator inflow and outflow volume serving as basis of material balance.It also brings about the method of regulating valve output control based on control mode and switching method of different load and main condensation water.This control strategy overcomes delay and disturb problem in the system and remake the balance between quick response time after load changing and low overshoot.The control effect is superior to the single pulse method which only lie on liquid level singnal.
